Our team members serve patients in well-equipped offices, enjoying a productive schedule with full administrative and clinical support. We have an in-house pathology lab located in Savannah with laboratory services including: evaluation of skin biopsies and excisions, slide preparation and immunohistochemical staining.

Georgia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, payroll administration, employee benefits, onboarding, compliance, and workforce support across our growing multi-location healthcare organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of healthcare HR, and can balance employee advocacy with strong business and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess the confidence to negotiate aggressively and strategically on behalf of the organization to ensure competitive benefits and cost-effective insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage day-to-day HR operations for a multi-site healthcare organization.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Develop, review, update, and implement job descriptions to ensure roles accurately reflect responsibilities, qualifications, and organizational needs.
Assist leadership with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Manage leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and other protected leave programs.
Payroll & Compensation
Process and oversee payroll accurately and timely.
Manage payroll audits, deductions, garnishments, and tax reporting.
Coordinate compensation reviews and salary benchmarking.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
Recruiting & Onboarding
Manage / coordinate recruitment efforts to include job postings, applicant screenings, interviews, and hiring processes.
Lead new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Ensure completion and compliance of all employment documentation.
Benefits & Insurance Administration
Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
Serve as primary liaison between employees, insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
Manage open enrollment and employee benefit education.
Assist employees with benefit questions and claims resolution.
Compliance & Reporting
Manage required reporting and compliance activities.
Maintain I-9 compliance and employment eligibility verification.
Prepare and submit federal and state employment reports.
Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
Experience administering employee benefits programs.
Multi-location workforce management experience.
Experience negotiating benefits and managing vendors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, payroll systems, etc

We are seeking an experienced Histotechnician to support a high volume dermatopathology lab located in Savannah, GA.
Histotechs accurately perform basic histology procedures of processing, embedding, cutting, and staining of tissue specimens for microscopic evaluation and diagnosis.
HT (ASCP) or HTL Certification is required.
Two years skin related histotechnology experience is preferred.
Ability, Knowledge & Skills of Histology:
Immunohistochemical Staining & Direct Immunofluorescent Staining
Perform Control Tissue Selection & Validation, in cooperation with pathologist
Operating & Maintenance of IHC Automated Platform
Antibody dilutions & validation of new lots of antibodies
Troubleshoot Immunohistochemical staining
Ability to ensure compliance with CLIA & QA/QC guidelines
Applicant must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, maintain & organize high-volume, high-quality sectioning and staining.
Applicant must maintain excellent interpersonal & communication skills, while working independently or as a team.
