Sandy Richardson, R.N.

Sandy Richardson is a native of nearby Hawkinsville. She attended Macon College and Middle Georgia College where she completed her undergraduate training, receiving her degree as a Registered Nurse.

She is currently pursuing a degree as a Nurse Practitioner at Valdosta State College. When not in class, Sandy is supervisor to all medical assistants in Georgia Dermatology's 12 office locations and serves as senior dermatologic surgery nurse. She has been with Georgia Dermatology since 1986, joining the practice initially as a medical assistant before becoming supervisor two years later. Juggling a fulltime school schedule with work is tough, but Sandy says she enjoys interaction with patients. Becoming a nurse practitioner will enable Sandy to work even more closely with patients.
