Dr. Sanders is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He completed a residency in Dermatology at MCG and the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He returned to MCG to complete an additional year of residency in internal medicine.

Dr. Sanders is currently clinical professor of dermatology with the Mercer University School of Medicine here in Macon. He is board certified and serves as a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American College of Cryosurgery and the Cutaneous Therapy Society.

Dr. Sanders is an avid outdoor sportsman and enjoys upland bird hunting with his children.
