Claud A. Boyd, M.D.

Dr. Boyd is a native of Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Mississippi where he received an undergraduate degree in chemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami. His internship was served at Brooke General Army Hospital in San Antonio, TX while stationed at Fort Sam Houston. Dr. Boyd served a total of 12 years in the active reserves with the army. In 1970, Dr. Boyd completed his residency requirements in dermatology at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and established a private practice there. Dr. Boyd has been affiliated with Georgia Dermatology since 1980.

He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Boyd enjoys music and has an interest in photography.
